About Centered Wellness

CW offers coaching, classes, clubs and community. We are also proud to offer therapeutic groups and events.

We believe that people of all ages need connections that matter. Our mission is to combat loneliness and increase well-being. Through coaching, and by offering classes and clubs, we help people make new connections and create community.


A subsidiary of the Center for Therapy & Counseling Services since 2023. Owned by the same passionate therapist as the Center for Therapy & Counseling Services. And we don’t just share an owner - we share a community as well.  We strive to be a place where you can renew your mind, body and spirit! Everyone is welcome in our space! All ages, all levels, all colors, all genders, all persuasions…all humans. Come and be a part of our community.
