Discover transformative classes that ignite curiosity and inspire growth.

No matter what our age, learning and continuing to develop our skills and knowledge is something

we should all seek to do for a number of reasons:

  • Learning is good for mental health and happiness

  • Improves social connections and interpersonal skills

  • Builds confidence and self-esteem

  • Creates employment and life opportunities

  • Is thought to ward off dementia

The impact of learning on well-being is profound. Keeping the mind active through learning is essential.

Our classes and workshops provide an opportunity to learn and also foster a sense of community. Our learning opportunities are offered in North Brunswick, NJ or online. Online classes and workshops provide a platform for individuals from any location to come together, share experiences and learn collaboratively.

The decision to learn something new opens up many possibilities for personal growth. It’s a journey of self-discovery, accomplishment, and continuous growth. Our classes and workshops are affordable, fun, convenient, and geared just for you!

Centered Wellness offers personal development classes, workshops and events designed to support reflection, empowerment, and creative expression. While our work may promote growth and be healing in nature, it is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, counseling, or crisis intervention.

Co-Parenting Workshop

This Co-Parenting Workshop is suited for all parents, grandparents, step-parents, or others that directly or indirectly influence decisions about children. A divorce or separation is never a first choice or a desired end and it is the children who are caught in the middle. When families do break up parents need to learn how to help their child adjust to the changes in their lives. Parent conflict is dangerous to children.

We will teach you effective communication and conflict resolution skills; help you recognize the importance of parental bonds with both parents; help you accept personal responsibility for your own actions; and give you tools and skills to minimize the conflict on your end in order to protect the children.
