Support Groups

Support groups create a sense of community, combatting feelings of loneliness and isolation that can accompany life's challenges.

Groups serve as a means of personal and relational growth by fostering accountability, providing a support system, encouraging belonging and promoting honesty in
a safe setting.

Women’s Group

For women over the age of 21. Meets at Centered Wellness, Thursdays at 7:30 PM

Parent/Caregiver Group

For parents/caregivers of neurodivergent children. Meets virtually,
Wednesdays at 7:00 PM

Moms’ Group

For mothers. Meets virtually,
Tuesdays at 9:30 AM

Men’s Group

For men over the age of 21. Meets virtually, Thursdays at 8:00 PM

Registration in advance is required for all groups.
Support groups meet either virtually or in person at Centered Wellness.
The fee for each support group is $10/meeting or free with the purchase of
a
Growth Membership.

NOR A REPLACEMENT FOR IT.

Young Adult Group

For people between the ages of 21 - 30. Meets virtually, Tuesdays at 8:00 PM

LGBTQ Teen Group

For LGBTQ teens between the ages of 14 - 19. Meets at Centered Wellness,
Mondays at 7:00 PM
